Indigo Farms Tour
Six generations have owned and operated this local favorite for fresh vegetables, fruit and canned goods. The good folks here can help you pick your own strawberries or blueberries and let the kids get up close and personal with the farm animals. Nestled under the cool shade of old tall pines, you’ll enjoy your break while taking a step back to a simpler life and time.
The tour takes in secluded gardens and winds past golf courses and old family farmsteads with a river front option for lunch….bag a burger and go just a few extra miles….well worth it! Indigo Farms has a made to order grill and bakery as well as fresh produce, a nursery, a florist and did we mention the ice cream shop?
The coarse actually covers 12 miles but can be as much as 16 if you take in the river. Guided or self guided, it’s your own pace. There is a lot to see and do on your way there and back!

Ocean Isle Beach Tour
This tour is not for the faint of heart! It’s a trek of a minimum of 30 miles and it’s worth every minute! You may choose to snake through a very old cemetery or the quaint little village of Calabash, Sunset Beach golf courses, the shops at Seaside and finally arrive at Ocean Isle.
Just when you think you’ve seen it all, you’ll come to a rolling stop at the top of the causeway bridge and you’ll realize why you had to come this way. Unbelievable views both ways on the waterway as far as the eye can see not to mention a fantastic breeze! You can’t do this in a car!
Once on the island you may visit the Ocean Isle Aquatic Museum, take in the shops or just take a breather on the beach. The return route can encompass a tour through secluded neighborhoods adorned with enchanted live oaks and waterfront views or, if you happen to be running home at dusk, take the straight shot home….still a beautiful ride!

Silver Coast Winery Tour
The Silver Coast Winery is well known to locals and tourists alike. Nestled in a small farming community just the other side of Hwy. 17, it has quickly blossomed into an award winning standard for excellence.
The most direct path for this tour is a 24 mile round trip route… but who takes the direct path on a bike? There’s lots to see and great photo ops on this ride. Let us map out your best route for what you want to see on your way there and back!
At the vineyard, you’ll have an opportunity to peruse their entire menu of wines for a $5 fee. Whether you choose to take a cool breather browsing the gift shop or partake in a tasting or decide to dine on the deck with a lunch of delicious sandwiches and salads made fresh to order, you won’t soon forget this…. oh, don’t forget the camera!

Sunset Beach Tour
This is a great tour for those who love the beach and want to get out and see the area a little closer than usual. Set out from Vereen Memorial Gardens with a goal of taking in as much as possible. You may opt to stop at the Sunset River Galleries and take in the work of the areas many talented artists or possibly see the boats off at the docks. Make your way through the shaded back streets and quiet, out of the way places hidden to the normal automobile tourist. Your final destination will be Sunset Beach and ultimately, the jetties on Bird Island….what you do and how you get there is up to you. You’ll have many options available from where you take lunch to shops and putt-putt to take a beak from the heat of the day. Maps will provide alternate return routes.
